Ali Shapiro, author and health coach, supports women and groups to see the emotional intelligence and wisdom in their weight-loss and wellness challenges. Professionally, Ali has degrees from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition/Columbia University, the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, and Masters in Change Management and Coaching at the University of Pennsylvania<wbr/>. Combined with her experiences as a 20-year cancer survivor and decades of weight struggles that successful ended seven years and 30 pounds ago, Ali has created a scientific and spiritual system for weight-loss and wellness. 

In addition to her health counseling practice, Ali works with companies, is a regular health contributor to the NBC 10! Show and speaker.
